Create a new State Service using Powershell

Open “SharePoint Management Shell” and execute this script :

New-SPStateServiceApplication -Name “State Service Application” 
New-SPStateServiceDatabase -Name “StateService_DB” -ServiceApplication “State Service Application”
New-SPStateServiceApplicationProxy -Name “State Service Application Proxy” -ServiceApplication “State Service Application” –DefaultProxyGroup
